Chef/author Trevis L. Gleason, follows up his memoir Chef Interrupted with a new book Dingle Dinners, telling the stories of the chefs who have made Dingle a foodie hotspot.  Join him for a bite of sweet potato and  three mustard colcannon, spiced up with some useful tips from our local heroes.  With rich food stylings and artistic photography to accompany mouth-watering recipes for both family staples and dinner party standards, Dingle Dinners will be high on the season’s gift list.
